Shipping policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. This includes Covid-19
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping to regions in the US.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following regions: ASIA, EUROPE, AFRICA, CENTRAL AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, OCEANA, NORTH AMERICA
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DRIPPEMPIRE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
FAQ
How long will my order take?
The delivery of the products take around 2-3 weeks. It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Dripp@Drippempire.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
